This software, including all source code, documentation, associated files,
algorithms, architectures, and any derivative works (collectively, the
"Software"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Thiago Freitas Antas
("Owner").

1. PROHIBITION OF USE
No person, entity, organization, corporation, government body, or automated
system may access, use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense,
sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of
this Software, in whole or in part, without prior EXPLICIT WRITTEN
AUTHORIZATION signed by Thiago Freitas Antas.

2. UNAUTHORIZED USE — LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
Any unauthorized access, use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of
this Software constitutes a CRIMINAL OFFENSE and will be prosecuted to the
fullest extent of applicable law, including but not limited to:
  - Criminal prosecution under Portuguese Law (Lei do Cibercrime - Lei
    nº 109/2009), European Union Directive 2009/24/EC on the legal
    protection of computer programs, and all applicable international
    intellectual property treaties;
  - Civil litigation for damages, including consequential, punitive,
    and statutory damages;
  - Injunctive relief and seizure of all infringing materials and systems.

Violators may face IMPRISONMENT and CRIMINAL FINES as prescribed by
applicable criminal law.

3. NO IMPLIED RIGHTS
No license, right, or interest in this Software is granted by implication,
estoppel, or otherwise, except as expressly set forth in a separate written
agreement executed by the Owner.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
This Software is classified as CONFIDENTIAL. Any recipient who gains access,
whether authorized or unauthorized, is bound by obligations of strict
confidentiality and non-disclosure in perpetuity.

5. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. THE OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
LIABILITY ARISING FROM AUTHORIZED USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Portugal and the European Union. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
